Refund policy

Sleep on it for 60 nights. Bedding is something you have to feel — cool night after cool night — so every bedding order comes with a 60-night sleep trial.

The trial. If you're not completely happy, return any bedding order within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund — not just your first order. Applies to all soft bedding: sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets, and crib. We can also send a free replacement for damaged or faulty items due to a manufacturer defect.

Free returns. We cover return shipping in the continental US and charge no restocking fee — you get 100% of your purchase back.

How it works. An RMA must be issued before a return is sent — start your request and we'll email you a prepaid return label (continental US). Returned items must be sent back complete; returns without original packaging receive online store credit. If your order included promotional items, send them back too, or their full retail price is deducted from your refund. Please allow 7–10 days for our team to inspect and process, plus another 3–5 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

Exchanges. For a different color or size, we cover return shipping in the continental US and the new item ships to you free. Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada: buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Not covered by the trial. Replacement and warranty-replacement items are excluded from the sleep trial and are covered under the 3-Year Warranty instead. For wholesale orders, free shipping does not apply — email support@bambooisbetter.com.
